Captains and partners
The matches are now coming along regularly with SCAGC taking on the Bucks Captains at St. Neots on Thursday 29th July. After the standard lunch play commenced at midday with Captains Malcolm and David leading the field.
8th Hole
Another rain free but breezy day provided us with a test on a well presented course. The course looked lovely in the sunshine with the trees in full bloom narrowing the course for some of us.
Proper Nearest the Pin’s have returned and the winners of the bottles of wine were Stuart Watson and David Ranson, 1 from each team.
The result went down to the last game, which ended in a half, and the overall results were that Bucks won the match 4 1/2 to 3 1/2 with 3 of the matches halved. SCAGC v Bucks results

A big Thank You from both teams to the staff at St. Neots for looking after us and the evening meal of Barnsley chop followed by Eton mess which was well appreciated.
