The opening event of the season was the Liaison Officers meeting held at Cambridge Country Club. The results were as follows; 1st Mark Jones & Phil Black 41 pts; 2nd Peter Glynn & Frank Dobbs 40 pts. Nearest the pins were Mike Robinson & Matthew Fagan.
