This year’s Millennium Trophy was held at Ely City GC.
The weather conditions were poor with light rain throughout the afternoon.
With these conditions coupled with the rough on the course and playing off the white tees, it proved to be a tough test of golf for all 31 players.
However, 3 of our members found the conditions to their liking and recorded excellent scores of 36 points.
The winner on count back was David Steer of Bourn GC. Second place on count back Derrick Saunders of Girton GC and 3rd place on count back Ian Bridgeman of Ely City GC.
