The Mixed event drew a fantastic turnout, with 16 players representing both SCAGC and CHWGL. The atmosphere was lively and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, reflecting the excellent spirit in which the competition was played. Special thanks are due to Donna and Shirley for their outstanding organisation of this year’s event next year, the men will take up the reins. Appreciation should also go to the Brampton Park GC greens team and catering staff, whose efforts ensured the day was truly memorable.
The Winners with 84 points were Mel Owers and Judith Robinson, both from CCC accompanied by David Creek and Lyn Griffith
Runner’s up were Patsy Cowtan (CCC) and Trish Espin (Heydon) along with Ian Lennon and Steve Bonnett.
