This years Liaison Officers and Committee meeting was held at Heydon Grange and despite dire warnings about inclement weather a full 18 dry holes were completed.
This year’s Captain John Fuller led proceedings from the 1st tee after the meeting and lunch and John and myself recorded what we thought was a creditable 42 points. However this was nowhere good enough as 3 teams finished with 46 points.
The eventual winners on countback were Graham Dubock (CLO) and Robin Horsler (new Captain) from St. Neots GC.
Second were Stuart Watson (Hon. Sec.) and Michael Gaillard (Heydon IPC).
Third with mention in dispatches only were Ray Smith (CLO) and Neil Butterworth (new Captain) from Barkway Park.
