This year’s Guest day took place at Links (Newmarket) on Thursday 9th June.
After a full breakfast a sizeable field of 44 players lined up for play from the 1st tee.
The Captain, Mark Jones and his guest Russell Morley led the way, seemingly for the whole competition.
Nearest the Pins were contested on the 9th and 12th holes and these were won by two guests. Cameron Large on the 9th and Alan Maddy on the 12th.

After the golf the players were treated to Roast Pork followed by Lemon Cheesecake.
The main competition was close on the results with 3 teams achieving 45 points and the winners 46 points. After the countback calculations had been done the team managing 2nd were Dave Humphreys & Cameron Large and leading the way were Captain Mark Jones and his guest Russell Morley.
