St. Neots GC was the venue for the 2012 AGM and the Tankards Competition.
As usual, St. Neots GC made the 56-playing members of the Society extremely welcome. The course and greens were in excellent condition considering the time of the year and this resulted in some very good scores being recorded.
In second position with 41 points were Colin Allison & Graham Dubock.
The winners were, surprise, surprise Captain ( Bandedo Hugh) and Adrian Patterson with a fantastic 43 points……well done boys!
As usual the catering staff at St. Nets GC prepared and served us with a superb evening meal. The after dinner speakers Captain Hugh, only 15 minutes and the St. Neots GC Captain, Graham Taylor who rambled on until a few members fell asleep!
A great day was had by all and it was a fitting end to Captain Hugh’s year, to go out of office with yet another victory.
